PMG Projektraum Management GmbH is glad to announce that from now on all companies of GBI Holding AG will handle their projects with our SaaS solutions, the PAVE project and DYVE data room.

Munich, August 20, 2020

GBI AG is the largest active hotel project developer in Germany’s major cities. Over the past 16 years, together with their SMARTments line, they have developed projects across Germany with an investment volume of over 1.9 billion. They manage their projects from locations in Erlangen, Berlin, Kassel, Hamburg, Frankfurt am Main, Düsseldorf and Vienna.

GBI decided in favor of PMG and its products PAVE Project Room and DYVE Data Room after a long and intensive consideration of the SaaS market.

Based on a very cooperative communication, a long-term agreement was concluded for all companies and future projects of GBI Holding AG.

Especially the transition from project development and construction to transaction with flexible Q&A processes without having to change the system is an unrivaled solution. This was the decisive criterion when selecting a new partner. With its modular and very intuitive structure, the PAVE collaboration platform ensures efficient project management throughout the entire lifecycle of a property. Finally, the smooth and easy transition from the previous provider to PMG for the GBI rounded off the decision.

“As one of the leading SaaS providers in the field of e-collaboration and information management, we are pleased to bring our expertise with digital solutions to GBI’s future project developments,” says Mike Riegler, Managing Director of PMG.

With its SaaS solutions, PMG has been enabling companies from various industries to handle their project, data and information management completely digitally and audit-proof for around 20 years. During the development of the products, special emphasis is put on simple and intuitive operation.
