The idea of ​​innovation plays a decisive role both in the basic concept and in the execution of the project work. An important component in the overall development of the area is the effective design of the construction processes.

“The project in the Werksviertel is a great challenge for us and makes us very proud. For this, on the digital side, we need a reliable partner for the entire construction process, software for collaboration and the exchange of all data between those involved in the project”, says Funda Faust, Dipl.-Ing. architect at OTEC.

When asked about the advantages of PMG, Ms. Faust says<em>: “The cooperation with the digital platform of PMG supports and accompanies the project planning and implementation of the new buildings in an uncomplicated way. Based on the experience with Werk12 and Werk17, the continuation of the cooperation in our current Werk13 construction project was a matter of course.”</em>
