When you log in, PAVE immediately shows you how many emails have come in since your last login. These emails are recorded by project and organized automatically. You can also see immediately whether any new documents have been uploaded or additional tasks added.

A timeline visualizes the course of all your projects. Changes are also logged seamlessly in the system. It lets you spot immediately whether the plan you require has been uploaded or revised, without having to look in the directory.

Directly from the PAVE project room

Create project-related emails with one or more recipients directly from PAVE. You can add email signatures and set priorities just as you do in Outlook, etc. It is also possible to integrate files from the file system.

Of course, you can add local file attachments and bring together those involved in the project into groups, which you can then conveniently set as recipients with just a few clicks.

Communication in your system

With the Outlook plugin, you can access the project folder directly from Outlook. Of course, emails can also be sent from Outlook to the PMG communication module.

Convenient handling of your project communication

The project admins have the possibility to thematize the project inbox and thus give the project participants targeted access to the e-mails that belong to their subject areas.

Sorting of emails in the project inbox happens by filters, such as subject, sender, attachment. After the subjects are created by the project admin, they are visible by responsibilities for each participant in the links menu.
